2D Abel Inversion

2D Abel inversion using 3 points method for diagnosing object with cylindrical symmetric

This script implements 2D Abel inversion using 3 points method as in http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.1729798.
It also has an ability to take into account if the object is moving in longitudinal direction and/or the probe is not crossing the object perpendicularly (by making a > 0) as explained in https://doi.org/10.1103/PhysRevSTAB.18.081302
