CT-based pseudo-CT generation

Script to generate the dicom files of CT-base pCT as described in Maspero et al (2016), PMB

This file includes scripts to generate CT-based pCT as presented in Maspero M, et al. 2016, PMB.
It is presented an example that help understanding and reproducing the image processing pipeline proposed in the article.
Dicom files are open and after CT-based pCT generation new dicom files are saved with a unique series identifier.
The visualisation has been performed using a code found via view3dgui provided via matlab exchange.
