Computes 106 measures of similarity and dissimilarity (distance) between two binary matrices

Computes 106 measures of similarity and dissimilarity (distance) between two binary matrices. Matrices can be any dimensions, but must have the same dimensions. A mask can be used to indicate the relevant elements of the matrices (needed when the measure takes into account elements present in neither binary object).
