This function computes the non triangulated graph of a triangulated convex hull

Given a set of integer points and its convex hull as computed by the Matlab function convhulln, this function computes the edges of the corresponding non triangulated graph. The existence of this file is motivated by the fact that the Matlab convhulln function can not output non-triangulated convex hulls, even with the default options off. A non triangulated output might be useful if you need to compute the diameter for instance.
