Descriptor Reduction Function

Function for Molecular Descriptor statistical reduction

Function reduces the number of independent variables in a descriptor matrix which have constant or near constant values for blocks of descriptors (i.e. calculated out of molecular structures optimized with different optimization methods). It also performs correlation analysis and removes the descriptors based on a critical correlation value.
