From ships offsets to hydrostatics

Uses a set of plain text data-files to define the table of offsets of a ship. Produces the hydrostatic curves and tables, and also the large heel KN data, known as the cross stability curves (and tables). Supports other tasks, for instance changing the hull geometry according some requirements, on LCB or other.
Can use concurrency to compute the cross stability diagram and tables faster.
Includes samples and instructions.
