Microstrip line impedance and phase velocity

This function calculates the line impedance and the phase velocity of a microstrip line.

The line impedance and the phase velocity (in terms of an effective permittivity) is calculated with the formula of Kirschning/Jansen from 1980. The formula includes dispersion, so a frequency vector has to be defined.
