Load Amira 5.2.2 Files

A matlab routine to load binary Amira images

This function can load binary 3D amira images and label files that are zipped, RLE encoded, or uncompressed. Supports all data types. The unzip routine is a modification of the zlib implementation by Michael Kleder, Nov 2005. Make sure to increase you java heap size to load in large zlib compressed files (see: http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/en/data/1-18I2C/). I suggest using 512MB or 1024MB
