Options file creator

Creates options files for the network license manager based on an MS Excel spreadsheet

MathWorks Networked Named User (NNU) licenses need an options file for the network license manager software. The options file contains information about named users and their associated products. Very often, customers maintain a spreadsheet with the information which user is entitled to use a certain product. The purpose of CREATE_OPTIONS_FILE.M is to use the spreadsheet information to create the Options File. That way, the manual effort and error rate can be reduced.
