mifigure

Makes figure active w/o bring to front; creates new figure if not existing.

MyFigure can replace the MATLAB Figure command. When called with an existing figure number, myfigure makes the figure active WITHOUT raising it. This speeds plotting. When called with a non-exiting figure number, a new figure is created.
