GUI for calculating mortgage amortization table, with the option for making extra payments.

Calculates amortization schedule for mortgage with monthly payments, based on principal, interest rate, and duration.

KEY FEATURE that is unique to this program: extra payments to principal can be added, either as one-off or recurring payments. The amortization table is recalculated, including the new duration of the loan and how much interest is saved.

Amortization schedules can be exported to Excel.
