Syms to TF Conversion

Simple M file to convert Symbolic Equations/Polynomials to ZPK TF form.

Perform equation manipulation/substitution in syms toolbox, then convert the result to a transfer function using this m file.

Input is your symbolic equation (with syms variable s or z), output is a transfer function of the same form. Useful for performing your own bilinear transforms - Start with a symbolic equation, perform substitution, convert to TF.
