Dynamic omics Ratio-Intensity Plotting (DRIP) is a bioinformatics tool to identify differentially up/downregulated genes from the users' dynamic omics data. This application provides the traditional transcriptomic M/A analysis technique for a broad range of dynamic omics data while remaining computationally inexpensive. Use these tools to facilitate your omics research and derive meaningful, data-driven hypotheses from your dynamic datasets.
- GUI based application for identifying differential signals in your dynamic omics data with ratio vs. intensity analysis.
- Inputs and outputs are compatible with the averaging app, clustering app, dynamic volcano app, and DPoP.
- Includes example transcriptomic data and example phosphoproteomic data.
- Control minimum fold change, statistical significance, normalization method, and choice of regression technique.
- Includes summary of differentials signals throughout the tradjectory.
