GetDataTips

Get DataTip Value for 2D and 3D figure

• If Datatips on Different Lines or Mesh, will return m*1 cell, each cell is a 3*n or 2*n matrix (3 or 2 depend on 3D or 2D Plot)
• Order of the cell data is same as the order of plotting the line/mesh
• Order of 3*n or 2*n matrix is the order adding datatips
• If no output is assigned, the result will be named as "DataTipVal" and output to workspace

Optional Input: 'all'

return all datatips value on different object together in a single matrix
