These scripts take the ASCII data files from a contact surface profilometer and extract the scan data. The supported profilometers are:
- Dektak IIA
- Dektak 3ST
- Dektak 8
- Dektak XT
- AlphaStep 200
- AlphaStep 500
- Tencor P-10
