Now a days Renewable energy source is widely used in domestic appliances such as fans, blowers, centrifugal pumps, washing machines, grinders, lathes, air conditioning fans etc. Split phase induction motor is used in this appliances. The matrix converter(AC - AC) fed Split phase induction motor is simulated and varying the duty cycle of the pulse generator Gate pulse 3, the speed of the motor is varied
