Is Metrowerks CodeWarrior (CW) version 8.7 supported with Embedded Target for Motorola MPC555 2.0.5 (R2006b)?

The documentation says Metrowerks CodeWarrior (CW) version 8.1 is supported. I would like to know if Embedded Target for Motorola MPC555 2.0.5 (R2006b) supports the newest version of CodeWarrior (version 8.7).

Metrowerks CodeWarrior (CW) version 8.1 is officially supported for the Embedded Target for Motorola MPC555 2.0.5 (R142006b).

However It looks like v8.6 / 8.7 will be for the PowerPC version of CodeWarrior

rather than the MPC5xx version of CodeWarrior

CodeWarrior version 8.7 is not officially supported as it has not been fully tested.
