Why do I receive an error when installing MATLAB R2010a Student Version Image Processing Toolbox?

When installing MATLAB Student Version (including Image Processing Toolbox 7.0) I received an error stating:
ERROR: The following error was detected while installing Image Processing Toolbox: invalid entry CRC (expected 0x7300ccbb but got 0x3180e98c)
