How to send a pulse signal to a dspic33f?

Hello guys

I´m trying at first moment send a pulse signal to SIMULINK generated by a dspic33F using a usb-serial connection. But I don't know whether my model is ok. I'm sending two files, the first is using microchip library that will generate the code to record in the dspic and the second is using RWT library available in simulink to catch back the signal sent from the dspic in SIMULINK. 
If someone could help me, I would appreciate.
