Can anyone help us draw surface using the following data?

Dear all,

If Z is a function of X and Y , Is it possible to plot surface using the following data. I can do this by Microcol Origin software. bt cant do by MATLAB without the equation of Z.

x= [66 66 66 66 66 66 258 258 258 258], y=[0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.1 0.2 0.2 0.2 0.2], and z=[40 85 130 20 70 155 70 190 75 250],

These data have been collected experimentally. here z=40 for (66,0.1) and so on.

You have only FOUR (4) data points, replicated many times. This is not data. It is a rectangle, no more.

Average the z values at each combination,and use patch.
