Write e bar in plot lable

How can i write e bar ("e" with the bar signe on top of e (it is like e with a line on top of it )) in lable of plot in matlab? I draw the plot in simulink

Use '$\bar{e}$' and specify 'Interpreter','latex' to get —

so:

xlabel('$\bar{e}$', 'Interpreter','latex')

This works in MATLAB and I assume it would also work in Simulink, although I have not tried it in Simulink.
