error message when using graycomatrix()

comatrix = graycomatrix(imgray_in((row - ((window_size -1)/2)):
(row + ((window_size -1)/2)),(col - ((window_size - 1)/2)):
(col + ((window_size -1)/2))),'NumLevels',nb_graylevels,'Offset',direction); when i'm implementing this type of function ,it gives error message.
Error: File: cooccurrence_new.m Line: 40 Column: 63
Expression or statement is incorrect--possibly unbalanced (, {, or [.
can you please tell me what is the reason for this and how can i solve this.
what is the column: 63.

What you do is to count up all the left parentheses, and right parentheses - they should be the same number. Apparently you don't have that because that's what it's complaining about.
