Xeon or i9 proccesor?

Just wondering for a desktop both with GPU nVIDIA Quadro TRC4000 8GB Graphic, which one is a better option:

Intel® Xeon® Silver 4214 Processor, 32GB,1TB ZTurbo + 2TB HDD, or

Intel Core i9-10900 2.8-5.2GHz (10 Core, 20 Threads)

I will run matlab for Deep Learning and parallel computing.
