how to create a simulink model of a room with a number of luminaires having seperate control to adjust brightness using pwm control

Can we create a system in simulink which is a room with a number of luminaires.The software should directly calculate the luminance level of the room and giving necessary command to switch on or off the luminires to increase or decrease the lighting level according to the given input value.I want to know whether it is possible to create such a system in simulink to do all of the above.

It sounds to me like this should be possible to model in Simulink. You can use Enabled Subsystems to turn the devices on/off.
