frequency of a signal

hi how can i find frequency of a signal? i have vector of numbers(signal) that was extracted from a signal in 120HZ and 23.6s with wavelet decomposition.

Is the signal a sine wave? If not then it might not have a frequency: it might be composed of a number of frequencies. It just might have a period, though.
