Problems with LEGO support

I am sorry but The automatic installation on my computer cannot install the Cygwin and i don't understand why. I've Matlab 2012a on a Macbook with OS Windows 8. Can you help me?

Federica, I have the same problem but with Matlab 2013a. Did you solve it?

No! I'll try to install it on Matlab 2012a but on windows 7. it's the last chance... I don't know! :(
