Mann-Kendall test

I have a 2d matrix by 25000*17( 17 is the number of years ). How can I calculate the trend and p_values for each row (25,000) using Mann-Kendall test?

I have a set of time series wind data for a particular location. I want to do Mann Kendall test on the data set to see if there is any trend. Can anyone tell me the steps to execute this exercise
