3D surface creation from multiple 2D images at certain contour levels

I have some facility to capture 2D images of a real rough surface at incremental depth, i.e., at contour levels.
I want to use these 2D images to populate the 3D surface in MATLAB.
Please advise.

What form is your data?
Lacking that information, isosurface() seems the most likely approach.

Input data will be multiple 2D images.
The 2D image is captured focusing at certain depth.
This 2D image will contain the plane focused properly at that depth. Other levels will be out of focus, i.e., blurred.
From this distinction, the contour plane image is needed to extract.
Contour plane images at different depth will be fed in 3d population function to develop digital 3d surface.
Is there any way in MATLAB to execute these steps?
