How to connect a physical model made in MATLAB with the simulink model of MATLAB.

I have two models one is related to battery management system(BMS), which is made in physical model and the second model is related to solar system which is made in MATLAB simulink. For my application i need to connect both the models together in the simulink. Please help how can i connect both the model in a single platform. Please do the needful help and guide me in a better way.

I'm attaching the screenshot of the simulink where i've tried to connect both the model but i couldn't. In the picture the model which is made in blue connecting line is made in physical model and the another model is made in sumulink model.

I've also tried PS-simulink converter and simulink-PS converter but no success. Please help me as soon as possible

You try to connect two different technologies, Simscape and Specialized Power Systems. It would be better to use only one technology, there is similar functionality in the two technologies.
