Testing audio devices MATLAB

Hello,

In my graduation project, I am supposed to create a testing method for loudspeakers and microphones so I chose to work with MATLAB.

I wanted to know if there is a way to know, if we apply for example a glidesweep signal on our microphone or speaker, the parameters of our device such as distortion, steepness, frequency response etc ... and plot them. I want to create a whole GUI for that if possible.
