readtable in linux not working?

I coded a script to import and use the data from different text files.

s11=readtable(sprintf("%s",jobname, '_Auswertung_S11.txt'));

Now I tried using it on linux and it doesn't work. The big problem is I can't see any errors or similar from matlab because I use it in an no gui version on the linux system.

Is this a common problem with linux?
