Unsure of parameters required for urlread 'post' method

I want to send the necessary parameters to the webpage and return the results. I understand urlread can do this, but I am not that experienced with Matlab, hence this question. I also believe I need to use the 'post' method if I wish to provide parameters to the form. I am a little unsure as to the parameter-value pairs which I need to provide as the exact names are not clear.
