generate mesh on 2d plot

hey every one i want to create a mesh on my 2d plot which focussing around lines like https://www.mathworks.com/help/pde/ug/generate-mesh.html. My plot is as follows;

I want to create mesh in all plot but the meshes need to increase around these lines. I have start x,y and end x,y positions of these lines.
