Does Simulink Finder API accessible to user?

Simulink provides a find /finder GUI functionality built around find_system command. To Invoke find/finder in the Simulink® Editor, either select Edit > Find, or press Ctrl+F.
Question: Can we invoke this GUI and configure the fields from command instructions? I don't want to use find_system command.
Please advice.
