Support Package for Mac M1

I tried to install an offline downloaded Support Package ("Communication Toolbox for RTL-SDR"), but I get an error saying that it's impossible to understand the architecture of the host machine.

Does the Support Package is not compatible with a Macbook Pro M1 and the Apple Silicon? Or it can be forced someway to treat it like an Intel Mac using the Rosetta 2 emulation? Does this happen for all Support Packages?
