Multichannel filter in Simulink

Is there a better way of doing this in Simulink?

 --- 42 --> [subsystem] --- 42 --->

In subsystem:

 [In]-->[Demux to 42 ports]-->[LP filter]-->[Mux 42 inputs]-->[Out]
                           -->[LP filter]-->
                           -->... 42 of  -->
                           -->these      -->
                           -->identical  -->
                           -->filters    -->

I'm new to simulink and I am trying to simulate a feedback system that drives 42 independent electromagnets. The above component is meant simulate the electromagnet component (well one aspect of it). I've tried using the [transfer function] and [state space] modules however they do not handle multiple independent inputs.
