Can't install MATLAB R2010a on Windows XP.

I Can't install MATLAB R2010a on Windows XP:

1. Double click on the setup.exe A window "Microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable command line option syntax error" pops up.

2. Then Got'Preparing installer files...please wait'

3. Then 'Installer Error - Exception Calling Main', then it dies.
