Draw a spherical coordinate system with annotations

Dear Matlab Experts,
Is there an easy way to draw a spherical coordinate system with some annotations (arrow with some letters like \Phi,\Theta) in Matlab (or any other free software)? I am writing a script for some lecture notes and I need some illustrations.
