I can't install R2020b on windows 8.1

I've tried to open the setup.exe file, but it doesn't open at all. I've also used the windows problem solver tool but it didn't work.

My windows sistem is: 8.1 x64bit.

Any help?

Check if the username folder has any non-ASCII character, it might prevent running the installation. Other common reason can be corrupt installer. Try to redownload the installer from the MathWorks website.
