Travelling Salesman Problem - Simple Algorithm

I would really appreciate your help i want to create a simple genetic algorithm's fitness function to get the random values from 12x12 matrix in workspace and find out the best one using gatool.

12 x 12 matrix is in the form of distances between 11 cities.

Please help. :)

We cannot use the values, when you post them as picture. Do you expect us to type them manually? If not, why do you post the table?

What exactly is your question? You have this "random values" and want to apply a GA to find out the "best" one. But what is the criterion to measure the "good" value?
