Student MathLab activation failed

I have installed student MatLab 2018b. Before i was trying to run 2019a, but there was an error all the time. Now i can not even activate the program. It's writing- activation is complete, but it asking to activate again. My computer user name is absolutely the same with my username on MathWorks. I even downloaded licence file from MathWorks and tried to activate in offline modus. Same problem.
