SpreadShee​tLinkを使って、​エクセルのリボンから​Start matlab を選択するとcommand Windowだけ立ち​上がり、plot関数​などが使えない

エクセル2016からmatlab2019bを立ち上げようとすると、発生しました。 別パソコンのエクセル365では通常時matlabを立ち上げた時と同じ画面になりました。 エクセル2016でも通常と同様にmatlabを立ち上げるにはどうしたらよいでしょうか？
