Generate Parameter Data for Datasheet Battery Block

I am having an issue with altering the code for the generate parameter data for datasheet battery block example. Up until figure 6 (attached fig 1) the graphs all seem fine, but the arrhenius behaviour graph has negative gradients, which leads me to believe the resistance values to be wrong, but they seem to look fine in the graph (also attached fig 2).

I understand how broad this question is and pasting particular code may not be useful due to the size of the code and the different files within it, so i have attached the zip file of all the code. Thought it may be worth a try to upload the question in case anyone else came across the same issue.
