modified m file from gui..??

i need help..it is possible for me to modified the m.file from the gui..??

Yes. Well at least certain parts you can, like inside the callbacks. Or you can add your own functions. But don't mess with the first 45 lines or so, the part above were it says "% End initialization code - DO NOT EDIT"
