Cannot start Matlab - getting error "std::exception: Loading D:\Program Files\MATL​AB\R2019b\​bin\win64\​matlab_sta​rtup_plugi​ns\Imgrimp​l\lib

When I start Matlab from the Desktop Icon or from the task bar, I get this error:

"std::exception: Loading D:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2019b\bin\win64\matlab_startup_plugins\Imgrimpl\libwlmgrimpl.dllfailed with error: %1 ist keine zulässige Win32 Anwendung. : unknown error: unknown error

Completele uninstalling and reinstalling Matlab did not change anything... After clicking "ok" in the window below, nothing happens. This seems to happen since I imported + installed a windows 10 patch (however not sure).

Windows 10 pro, Version 1909, Build 18363.1316

Please help, since I cannot use it any more....
