RECTIFICATION OF VOLTAGE SIGNALS FROM VOLTAGE SENSORS PINS OF C2000 MCU IN SIMULINK

I have two sensor of C2000 Microcontroller (F28035) i.e. one having the line signal of the input AC voltage signal and other one having neutral voltage singal as shown in the figure. Now I want to rectify them (full wave bridge rectification), any idea how to perform it in C2000 MCU environment of MATLAB SIMULINK?
