how to draw surface plot only with data (without formulation)

I use normally another software with distance method and distance power 2 to plot surface or mesh [1] but when i try to plot in matlab it looks completely different[2] it seems like it is somethink about this distance method or axis level , did any body had anythink like this?

In the first plot the matrix dimension is high, where as in the attached file and second figure the matrix dimension is very low. Check on how you are saving the data.
