Wavelet transform extension mode

Hey there,

I have a question concerning the function "dwtmode". I do not know what the difference between half-point symmetric padding (default) and whole-point sym. pad. is. Can anybody give me an example? Furthermore I would like to know how antisymmetric padding (half- and whole point) is definded, also with examples. If you take the end of a signal as (7,8,9,10). I assume that whole-point symmetric is (7,8,9,10,9,8,7) is this correct? How would it be for the other 3 approaches?
