"filterDesigner" throwing error.

I am trying to run the "filterDesigner" command to start up the GUI. Unless, the command is throwing "undefinded function/variable". I have the Signal Processing Toolbox installed. Whenever I run the command "fvtool(b,a)" giving 'a' and 'b' values, it does open the GUI in filterDesigner but even from there, a new GUI never opens up.

Any idea what's the problem?
