PortAudio Error: Unanticipated host error.

I'm trying to use the Impulse Response Measurer from the Audio Toolbox.

However, each time I attempt to configure the soundcard (Realtek) or capture the impulse I'm greeted with the error:

"PortAudio Error: Unanticipated host error."

How do I resolve this?

Is that a full-duplex audio device? May I ask what platform this is (Windows, Linux, macOS?)

I'm using Windows 10. Yes, it is a full-duplex device, single socket to both send/receive audio.

As far as I know, the Realtek does not have any ASIO drivers, and I don't think ASIO4ALL works well with this device either; you might need something an external device.
